Return and exchange policy (for the online store):

Return within (3) three days from the date of receipt of the request.
Replacement within (7) seven days from the date of receipt of the request.
Purchases to be returned must be in their original packaging and tags, and the products must not have been used.
Offer products: Replacement only within (3) three days from the date of receiving the order.
Any product purchased during sales, holidays or Ramadan seasons cannot be returned or exchanged.
It is not possible to return or replace any product purchased through installment services (Tabby, Tamara), and it is required that the entire order be returned, provided that it conforms to the conditions.
There is no refund for (Payment Upon Receipt) requests except in special cases that are determined by Stovia
Orders paid by direct electronic payment shall be returned within a period not exceeding 48 hours from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the shipment and products are in their original condition, unopened and unused.
The customer bears all costs incurred in returning or replacing the products, including shipping fees from the customer’s headquarters to the company (28 riyals) in addition to the value of the product in the event that returning the product causes damage or invalidity for use again.
The customer shall bear the costs of the cashback request, including bank transfer fees, if any (6 riyals) in the event that he wishes to make the cashback, as these amounts are deducted from the value of the request.
Conditional upon return or exchange is the return of any gift received with the purchases.
